You gather donations and fundraising pots around a cause, then open one envelope per person supported, with their account and their card. It can only be spent with the shops you selected, over the set period. Each donor sees the payments their contribution funded, without accessing anyone’s personal data.

The starting point

Three frictions everyone knows.

They have nothing to do with the goodwill of your teams. It is the circuit that is badly laid out.

The donor does not know what their donation paid for

They receive a receipt and, later, a report. In between, their euro blended into the cash pool.

Vouchers and parcels leave no choice

A standard parcel, a voucher redeemable in a single store. The person you help does not buy what they actually need.

Accounting for the funds exposes people

To prove how the funds were used, files get shown. Beneficiaries do not have to be named for the payment to be proven.

The payments in real time, according to each party’s rights. Closing relies on these records.

On the accounting side, each payment arrives with its amount, its supplier, its date and the rule applied. Your exports can be used as they are for closing and for an audit.

The Mes Potos solidarity programme runs on this model. Solidarity on its own does not sum up everything MAP can do. The evidence covers the payment, not the contents of the basket nor the delivery.
